It's July 1st and time to say, "Happy Canada Day," eh ... to our furriends and fellow bloggers livin' in the Great White North (and to those stationed around the globe like Dragonheart's fambly in Germany).
We took this from Hallmark.com ... Jus' lettin' you all know so that we don't get sued for postin' their stuff illegally, don' cha know.
We'll be celebratin' Canada Day in the traditional So. Cal way: Mexican food drenched in maple syrup. Yum!

So, since we're from Albuquerque NM, I asked mom if we could celebrate Canada Day by making Huevos Rancheros with Green Chili and Maple Syrup...she's still gagging.
