ManCats need to control the best toys! This is Charmee an' his Jolly Moggy. It's lime green an' fuzzy with a springy elastic attaching it to a fully functional wand that Mom uses to keep her tender, joosy fingers far from Charmee's razor-sharp clawrs an' fangs. ManCats gotta play, right?
