Here's a couple of shots of Pumpkin when he was a tiny boy (less than six months old and about three pounds) and hadn't yet achieved his deep apricot color. He's "dressed" as 'Harry Potter' and held by his Uncle James. We dubbed him "Punky Potter" and teased him mercilously.
Maybe we should revisit the "Punky Potter" for Skeezix's Hallowe'en Costume Contest??? Pumpkin's MUCH bigger now that he's 5 1/2 years old and he's a deep plushy apricot with gorgeous rust colored stripes.

ReplyDeleteTo answer a question ... Pumpkin's beautiful brown eyes couldn't be masked by the horn-rimmed glasses any longer. His vanity demanded a lasik procedure ... He's super-sexy now. Oh, and the strong but silent type, too.
