Look at what the man in the blue shorts brought! Joe the Mailman brought a card addressed to me (and the Feline Americans) today! It was from my best friend Skeezix (plus Mao and Rocky, too!). I got a Christmas card and it had a special "Skeezix and Mao" stamp on it. Wow. I feel so warm and fuzzy getting special Christmas mail from Skeezix the Cat all the way from Castro Valley to my very own mailbox.

I had to do a double-take when I read "man in the blue shorts."
I was all, "Where do they live where postal workers can still wear shorts in December?"
Then I was like, "Oh! San Diego! Shorts in December wouldn't fly in Michigan! Well...maybe they would, but there would be some seriously blue legs out there!"

Our guy in the blue shorts is a pretty hearty guy ... We like Joe furry much. In December, it's about 62˚ in the early evening when he comes with packages and letters. He has a cool safari hat and a post office windbreaker ... He doesn't need fur, 'cuz he's bald.
