All of the snowy weather in the blogosphere has gotten us thinkin' 'bout snowmen an' creative snowscapes.
We were SO upset when the artist, Bill Watterson, retired the strip a few years ago.

If you LOVE "Calvin & Hobbes" like we do, you can do what we did many years ago ... Buy the cartoon books. There are a number of terrific titles and they're available at bookstores (including online vendors).

*giggle, giggle, giggle!!!* Mom loves those, and I think they're hilarious, too! It snowed here last night, and Mom wants to go out and make Calvin-like snowmen to freak out the neighbors!

Calvin and Hobbes is an awesome comic strip! Hobbes is one of my feline heroes and my bean, Kate, and a few of her female friends have a theory that Calvin grew up to be a smokin' hottie! But I wouldn't know about that.
Mommy and Daddy LOVE Calvin & Hobbes!! In fact, they even considered naming one of us Hobbes, but did not because none of us is a ginger tabby. Those snow men cartoons made Mom laugh out loud so hard that she needed her inhaler!
