Life is my litterbox ... Grab the SCOOP!

Well ... It's official!

DMM would have wanted Charmee to continue her tradition of expressing unvarnished opinions about efurrything and being a "bossy buns" in her absence, so he and I (the mom with the thumbs) will keep her blog open and hold some space for anyone who may join our lives once things have settled.  Her blog will continue to be entitled as it is even though there is no longer a living DMM ... and now that Charmee is the only fur and fangs member of the Feline Americans.

Please keep in mind that DMM was an educated and cultured lady-cat who could spell and use Standard American English dexterously, while Charmee is ... well ... younger, and he's kind of a doofus.

 "Hey! I hearded that, Mom!"

"Pipe down, Charmz.  I'm typing here ...".

As soon as she is able (read:  as soon as her lovely purple urn arrives and she's safely back home with us), we'll invite our newest angel to chime in from time-to-time ...

We are glad you and Charmee will still blog from time to time. I suspect that DMM will have lots of advice for Charmee as an angel, cause those youngsters need it...

I just read about DaisyMae Maus and I am so terribly sorry. It does sound like it was her time to go, but that doesn't make it any easier. It also seems really hard when they leave on or near their Gotcha Day, as Herman did with me. I am glad that you and Charmee will continue the blog.

We're glad you will be keeping the blog open, although we will miss DMM.

We think Charmee is charming, so we will enjoy his antics.

We will miss DMM, but are very glad that you are keeping her blog open, which will be a fitting memorial to her.
