Cat Bun Literacy: How Felines participate in literature.

What have I been layin' on today? Well, besides the Saturday edition of theSan Diego Union-Tribune (particularly large and comfy today with lots of news about tomorrow's San Diego Chargers play-off game!), I've been atop these books:

The Ruins by Scott Smith
I rate this book *** stars out of five. It's got lots of pages, but Mom keeps slammin' it shut because she's grossed out by something she just read. The author also wrote A Simple Plan that was made into a so-so movie a couple of years ago.

Plum Lovin' by Janet Evanovich
Mom just started this slim purple volume, but she's a big fan of bounty hunter Stephanie Plum, so I'm sure that she'll finish it quickly and then I can resume warmin' the cover with my fuzzy buns.

I'm a great believer in sitting on good literature. You wouldn't catch me sitting on a cheap tabloid!
My mum cut my nails yesterday but I put up a good fight. She wasn't able to do 2 claws.
Glad to hear Fudgie is on the mend.
