This week's theme is "SALTY".
As a participant in the Saturday Photo Scavenger Hunt, I'm postin' three photos from Mom's vacation to Seattle/Olympia/Aberdeen, WA to represent "SALTY".
Back in August 2006 (the 25th - 27th to be exact), Mom took a plane ride up to Washington State to celebrate her Cousin Marie's 90th birthday with all of the family. The celebration was held on Saturday, August 26th, at a place called Tolmie near Lacey. While she was there, she took some photos of the ocean/bay/sound/inlet ... whatever it was ... full of SALTY water.
Here they are for your viewing pleasure ...

Those are very beautiful pictures! This was a hard theme this week, so I am interested to see what everyone posted for SALTY. That sure looks like a fun trip - and what a great milestone birthday to celebrate!
What a beautiful part of the country! it looks so calm and peaceful.
what a beautiful view!
Nice view and it is so interesting to look at a view of the ocean from this perspective. The gulf coast does not have mountains and views are from a different angle!
I played too!

I'd sure like to visit there.
Gorgeous pictures!! I've only been to the ocean once and that was in 1986 when I visited Vancouver, BC. I couldn't believe the salt on my skin after swimming in it:-)
