What a funny proverb! And it rhymes, too! That is royal catitude.
these proverbs are fun. how are you all doing?
Hi there DaisyMae Maus et al, I love your proverb! I love tricking my mom into buying stinky goodness that I pretend to love the first time she buys it. Then when she goes out and buys it in bulk, I give it the two sniffs and turn my back routine. She says, "Tyler, pleaaaassseeeee eat it." Hmph, such satisfaction it gives me that I don't return to the kitchen at all. I like to roll up for a nap and dream of how I've prooved my superior intelligence..
I guess I'm writing a lot just to tell you I relate! I'm also glad to know I'm not alone in fooling my human. Ahhh the memory, is enough fodder to put me into dreamland again.
Snoozes,
Tyler
Good one, DaisyMae! I just thought up a related one:
The more expensive the toy,
The less likely that I will enjoy!
That's a great meme, DaisyMae. very true!

Somehow I just can't get myself to turn down food. I like some flavors better than others, but I never just walk away. Please reassure me that I'm 100% cat!
Smooches,
~Jake
Ooh, we love lots of canned foods an we never turn up our noses at them (well, not often).
Miss Daisy!
Love your addition to my proverb! We like socks full of catnip more than the most expensive toys!
