we were right there melting with you. no a/c here. ::sigh:: it was 95 Sat, Sun & Mon. today it's SO much better. all us extra fluffy ones were laying around melting. those annoying kittens didn't seem to care much. Grr
We know what you mean about melting - it was 115 here this weekend - thank goodness for air conditioning. BTW - when your mom and Uncle come to visit the house of mouse, they will be about 15 minutes away from us - do you want to stow away on the bus and come over and play?
Thank you for your concern. Those awful tornadoes were in southeastern Virginia so we were safe here in Northern Virginia. You were so sweet to check on me since my secretary won't make time to let me blog any more.
BTW, my secretary (Mom) took that regional accent test and she came out as being from the West. She has lived in Northern Virginia all her life, but her mom was from Boston, Massachusetts and her dad was German. People in the Washington, D.C. area do not have much of any accent unless they're from somewhere else.
You can come visit me in Virginia if you're too hot. (How can a beautiful girl cat be "too" hot?) It was about 60 degrees here today.
Melting already? But it's only just May! Wow. Try and stay cool, it seems like you're in for a long, hot summer at this rate. You could always come and share my Aussie winter if you get too hot...
Hiya, Oh dear... we don't like it when it's TOO hot, because we have two coats! We hope it cools down fur you! Whenever it's really hot fur us over here, our humans give us ice cubes instead of treats, we love them! Wags and licks, Maya and Kena
The first NS we met with is in fellowship program at the hospital but is board certified. We liked her and she answered all of our questions in a way we could understand. I didn't want to send LO into surgery without having a second sets of eyes on her case. I looked at the hospital's website and requested another surgeon who is "Director of Hydrocephalus" look at it. This NS has more years experience and hydrocephalu is his area of research. He is actually working with a team to develop a more modern shunt. So just based on the limited information about these two surgeons I wouldÂrely more onÂthe 2nd NS opinion.
