Up-in-the-Air

Until I return from my Seattle trip, my home will be feline free ... It's nearly unbearable.  I have been stalking the local rescue sites' adoptable cats lists trying to imagine a life with new kitties ... and missing Charmee.

I've decided to adopt three when October rolls around and I'm looking for a House Panther, a Gorgeous Ginger, and a delicate Tuxie girl ... Which means I will get three Sphinx or a clowder of mouthy Meezers.

The perfect cats are out there, on their way to you.

I shallow howl tonight in hopes that you can hear me and not feel so alone. I hope you appreciate my efforts.

Chey.

PS--go for the meezers. We're the best.

Thanks, Chey. Perhaps a purr from Ichiro?

My human can't imagine a life without kitties! Literally - she has only been without a cat for four months of her adult life! And growing up, there were cats at home from the time she was four until she moved out! Kitties are already on their way to you, I'm sure. My one recommendation is to pick cats of very different ages. We are 11, 12 and almost 13 respectively (me being youngest and Binga being oldest) and I think spreading the ages out further is better - it avoids too many seniors at one time (with the requisite medical problems, etc.) and keeps the house lively (my human wishes for some kittens right about now!).

We just read on Mousebreath about both DMM and Charmee. We are sending lots and lots of comforting purrs. We know you will have some more kitties later in the year.

My Mommy couldn't stand life without her brandi and still misses her. She will always be in our hearts. But through her grief she came to Feline Rescue and I melted another spot in her heart. There's always room for one more. Or two. Or three. Or more. Cat lovers have really big hearts!
So sorry for your loss. Sending comforting purrs.
Angel brandi is taking good care of your babies. They are all sending their love to you every day. Listen with your heart.
There's a new adventure coming. In threes!

We're guessing three mouthy meezers. :) Seriously, we're sure you'll be happy with whatever you pick.

Since losing Abby my house is empty and I have four others. I miss my girl so much I cannot begin to explain. But I know you understand. It was definitely better to have the fearsome foursome here after Abby flew away I can't imagine now ever being furless.
